I have been a professional quilter since 2010, I was raised by a Home Economics College Professor (Mom) and have been sewing since I was 9 years old. Batting By The Roll was started in 2019 due to the difficulty I was having in locating batting in the Missouri area (St. Louis to Kansas City). I started by vending at 7 local quilt shows and then in 2020 all shows were cancelled, therefore I opened my shop in the current location in August. The shop has been evolving and expanding with the addition of 2 more quilting machines for a total of 3, I will be renting them to customers to use either computerized or freehand. I have added vintage fabric and 108 x 108 backings.
I offer a wide selection of batting types and services. Besides machine rental, I also sell APQS machines and the Quilt EZ Butler robotics. I custom and edge to edge quilt and can also make or finish a quilt for you.
